Our light-filled home is newly renovated and designed for modern living, with spaces for relaxation, recreation, and professional workspaces while being family and pet-friendly and nestled amidst Seattle’s lush greenery.
You have the option to rent the entire home for your family or choose one of two separate units for your stay:
Upper Level:
Enter the main family room with mid-century modern touches, a record player with Frank Sinatra is ready to be played. To the right are two spacious bedrooms, one queen (the Retro Room) and one king (The Floral Room). The bathroom is modern with a deep tub and illuminated mirror. Each bedroom has its own makeup station and premium linens as well as new hybrid memory foam beds, robes and slippers, luggage racks, and plenty of hangers and storage.
The family room is cozy with an electric fireplace, plenty of seating, and a Fire TV. The adjoining kitchen is fully stocked for family cooking with appliances, higher-end Calphalon pots, and pans, spices, etc.
Directly off the dining room/kitchen is the large deck that overlooks the forest, and has plenty of seating, gas grill, and fire pit below.
Look out to the backyard with the shed filled with bicycles, child trailers, outdoor games, and beach items. Follow further down the backyard for your private entrance to Thornton Creek. Look out for some of the hidden surprises! :)
Lower Level:
Enter the unit directly into the tree-themed family room that adjoins the kitchen. Enjoy the 50" Fire TV along with books, games, and a retro LP player with a wide assortment of music to choose from.
Directly off the family room is bedroom 1 (The Forest Room) with forest-themed wallpaper that envelopes the room. Down the hallway are two other tree-themed bedrooms (The Tree Room) and (The Wood Room). Each has its own makeup station, robes, air diffusers, luggage racks and personal fans. In between is a large bath with an illuminated mirror and a large laundry room with all the necessary supplies.

Our home has tons of amenities to ensure your stay is unforgettable, comfortable, and stress-free: keyless entry, family-friendly items, plenty of entertainment options, modern conveniences, and so much more!
We are committed to providing a comfortable and natural environment for all our visitors. In keeping with this commitment, please be aware that some of our bedding contains down feathers, and we also feature cowhide in our decor'.
Additionally, we are proud to support eco-friendly, sustainable, and environmentally considerate purchases and practices. We use Brita water pitchers to reduce plastic waste, encourage food and consumable recycling, and do not use Keurig pods to help minimize landfill contributions.

Do you enjoy a good cup of coffee? Partake in the premium coffee and tea bar with multiple options while enjoying the peaceful trees from the back deck or yard.

Don’t want to pack all of your children’s supplies? We are child-centric with books, age-appropriate movies and games. Pack-n-play, booster chairs, and children’s plastic plates/sippy cups are available. Take the kids for a stroll to the park with our umbrella strollers or use the provided bicycles with two child bike trailer, bike seat and helmets.

If you love music, partake in our retro vinyl LP collection and CD’s. All TV’s are smart for your streaming needs, and each unit has a DVD player with lots of discs to choose from. Adult and children’s books and games are also at the stay.

Want to go to the beach? No problem, we have sand toys, beach chairs, blankets, a cooler, and umbrellas for your use.

For your comfort, we have air conditioning, additional fans and personal in room heaters, full-length mirrors, luggage racks, plenty of hangers, robes, hairdryers and mirrors in every bedroom.
If you are sensitive to sound we have ear plugs and sound machines in every bedroom.
Help yourself to the washer and dryer with all the necessary supplies, as well as iron and steamer for your clothing.

The house is very quiet with minimal traffic. There is an additional level with guests, but we have invested heavily in significant sound dampening insulation for a quiet, comfortable and private space.
However, if you are sensitive to light or sound, we have blackout curtains, ear plugs, and each room has a sound machine with white noise as well as soothing music to drift you off to sleep in our cool Bamboo microfiber sheets with down and down alternative comforters.

You can work with a comfortable workstation, plentiful office supplies, and superfast internet with >900 Mbs speed that ensures consistent video calls and streaming videos.

Upstairs, you can enjoy the natural setting while grilling on the covered deck with ample outdoor furniture for your group. The shared yard is perfect for morning yoga, roasting marshmallows in the fire pit, and exercising your furry friends in our fully fenced backyard.
Downstairs, there is a private covered BBQ area picnic bench and additional seating.
We have ample driveway and street parking with a detached garage for longer stays.
Nature at your fingertips
We have a private entrance to Thornton Creek directly from our backyard. Look out for some hidden surprises along the way! If you need an easier route, there's a meandering path just one house away.
Imagine hiking the Thornton Creek trail directly from our backyard or riding our bikes to Victory Park, just two blocks away. Our neighborhood hosts various activities such as Food Truck Fridays, Easter Egg Hunts, and Chili Cook-Offs.
Take a stroll and visit one of the many little free libraries in our neighborhood or enjoy the walking path with your kids and dogs at Victory Heights Park.
Explore
Located only 7 miles from downtown Seattle, we are a great central location to many of the major Seattle hospitals and healthcare facilities as well as University of Washington.
Commuting is a breeze with the Northgate Light Rail station only 1 mile away and Rapid Ride Bus line a 5 minute walk.
Link Light Rail provides quick trips to the University District, downtown, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park and the Seattle-Tacoma Airport.
Sea-Tac is 20 minutes by car and 45 minutes by Light Rail with a mere cost of $3.50 and trains that run every 8 minutes.
The upscale Northgate Mall for shopping, dining, movie theater, and Kraken Ice Arena are only 1 mile away. Beaches, bike trails, and city parks are plentiful in the area.
Our home is centrally located with easy access to I-5 while enjoying a peaceful urban retreat with tons of amenities.
